COURIER DELIVERY

Delivery of products purchased from www.safecare.ro is free for orders that exceed the value of 200 lei, with the exception of products from the categories "Electric fireplaces" and "Radiant panels", and if the delivery location is within the courier's coverage area. If the locality is not fully covered by the courier service, safecare.ro covers the transport within the limit of 20 lei, and the difference is borne by the customer.

For orders with a value of less than 200 lei, the standard delivery cost is 20 lei, if the delivery is made in a town within the courier's coverage area. Apart from this, the rate is calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the number of additional kilometers from the nearest covered town to the final destination.

Orders received from Monday to Friday until 11:00 AM will be delivered to the courier on the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM or on non-working days will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier (depending on the current delivery conditions).
