SIMPLE RETURN IN 14 DAYS

At safecare.ro, just like you bought simply, you return simply, without hassle. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you bought, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment it was delivered to you by courier.

Products can be returned very simply: you just have to send an e-mail to the address sales@onitrade.ro  with the order number, the name under which the order was placed and the product you want to return, and you will receive a reply with the steps to be followed.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. 

General conditions that apply to all products:

You can return the products within 14 calendar days from the moment they were delivered to you by courier. 

All the products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot accept products that have been tampered with or damaged by you.

You must return the products in the original box, accompanied by the original warranty certificate, if it was issued by the manufacturer/distributor and all the documents with which they were delivered to you.

If the products we delivered to you were accompanied by any gifts, when you return the products you must also return the gifts.

If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, only one of the products can be unsealed, the rest of the products can only be accepted if they are sealed.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the labels with which you received it.
